Buying a piece from a dealer, an auction or peer to peer. Your next step is to open a protected transaction so funds are held until the piece is in hand and verified.
Stage 01 — request protection
We collect the buyer's funds up front, hold them while the piece moves, and release payment only once the order is delivered and verified by both sides.

Protection is available between verified parties and is recommended on every sale above $500. Orders must exceed $200 to qualify.
Switch between the three categories we authenticate and settle.

Pre-owned and vintage timepieces. Case, dial, bracelet and movement inspected under loupe, with serial and reference matched to the listing and to the papers supplied.
Seller requests protection on the order. We review the sale, the listing and both parties before terms are issued.
Seller — Reviewed within 1 business day
We approve the protection and issue the buyer a secure funding link with the agreed amount and terms.
Our desk — Funding link valid for 72 hours
Funds are held in a segregated account. The seller is cleared to ship — capital is never released early.
Buyer — Ship within 2 business days of clearance
The piece ships to the buyer, or to our vault for authentication where concierge was added. The buyer inspects on delivery.
Specialist — 48-hour inspection from confirmed delivery
Inspection passes and the funds are released to the seller, with a receipt archived for both parties.
Our desk — Payout within 1 business day of acceptance
The seller ships only after the buyer's money is confirmed and held. Neither party is exposed to the other's good faith.
With concierge added, our desk verifies serials, hallmarks, cert data and condition against the listing before the piece reaches the buyer.
Buyers get two full days from delivery to examine the piece and raise a case. Funds stay frozen until the window closes.
Every protected shipment is tracked, signature-required and insured to full sale value. Lost parcels are claimed, not argued over.
Protection is available only between vetted parties who have completed identity verification.
Every state change, message and photograph is timestamped and retained, so a case is decided on the record.
Acquire rare pieces with the certainty of a documented, protected handoff.
Embed institutional trust into your white-glove checkout experience.
Extend a protected settlement to clients who buy sight-unseen.
